Selecting the right Tenant can be an overwhelming task when you have multiple applications. To assist our Owners with selecting the most qualified Tenant, we have developed a qualification formula. By using this proprietary system, all Tenants are scored to determine if they are qualified. The higher the score, the more qualified the Tenant. This system has reduced our eviction rate to under 1% annually.
