COST: One Month's Rent for a 12 Month Lease
Our Leasing Assistance Program is designed for a landlord that doesn’t have all the resources to find a qualified tenant and get the lease signed, but wants to manage the property after the Tenant moves in. This program includes:

Option 2 |Full Service Management
COST: 3/4 Month Rent for the Marketing Fee & 10% of the Monthly Rent
Our Full Service Management Program includes all the services in the Leasing Assistance Program in addition to:
The Full Service Program allows an Owner to step back from the daily operations of managing a rental property without the worries of what to do when there is unpaid rent, a maintenance emergency or a legal issue.
We generally require a 12 month lease; however, will recommend flexible lease expiration date options during the slow time of year to minimize vacancy loss.
