The completed form may be faxed, hand delivered or mailed to Henry Property Management. If
you are faxing the application, the fee must be paid by credit card either by including the
required credit card information on the form or by calling Henry Property Management and
giving us the information over the phone. If you will be mailing the form, we accept credit cards
or certified funds only (note that submission through the mail will result in a delay of at least
several days).

E-mail your completed form to Henry Property Management. Online application fees must be
paid by credit card.
Henry Property Management processes applications as quickly as possible upon receipt of the
$75 non-refundable application fee.
Most leases are for a minimum of one year but in some cases, different lease lengths can be arranged.
If your application is approved, the lease must be signed
within 48 hours of acceptance.
