Debbie Henry has managed investment property since 1983 and founded
Henry Property Management in 1989, revolutionizing the property
management industry in Wake County. She was born and raised in Raleigh
and attended the Wake County Public Schools. She graduated from NCSU
with a BS in Microbiology.
Her personal and professional approach to property management has set her
company apart from the rest, placing Henry Property Management as the
premier property management firm in Cary.
In 2010, Debbie was appointed to the Citizen Issue Review Commission for
the Town of Cary.
Gene Barrow has worked for Henry Property Management
for over 20 years and has been in construction since
1966. In the early 1970s, Gene owned his own
construction company and many of the homes in Cary
were built by Gene Barrow Construction.
Theresa McArthur has been a bookkeeper in property
management since 1990. Theresa is one of two
consultants in North Carolina for the accounting software
used by Henry Property Management.
Her keen attention to detail and meticulous nature
ensure accuracy and professionalism for the firm.
A North Carolina native, Theresa enjoys spending time
with her family, orchids and reading on the beach.
Norma Higdon is a Cary native. Her "hometown roots" have
served her well with her extensive knowledge of the area. In
1996, after several years in the corporate world, she decided to
pursue her love of real estate. Norma received the "Fast
Tracker Award" after only her first year in real estate.
In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking and helping
others.
Nancy Marks has been a licensed North Carolina real estate broker since
1984. Nancy's background not only includes real estate but also
accounting.
Nancy has a degree in Finance and Management from the University of
Cincinnati.
Nancy is a team leader for the Appalachia Service Project and a volunteer
for the Apex High School Volleyball and Lacrosse
teams. She enjoys reading and gardening.
Letitia Rodrigues moved to the Triangle area from Honolulu, Hawaii in 2007.
Letitia brings a diverse experience in association management and
residential property management.
As a team player with strong communication skills, she provides excellent
customer service; specifically with relationship building with owners and
tenants. Letitia’s attention to detail ensures the utmost professional
approach to handling owner or tenant concerns.
Letitia enjoys interior decorating, remodeling, singing and walking her 4
legged friends.
